Personal car - why this car

Usage - features & practicality
Purchased at RM55k in 2021 with 76,000km on clock
Price when new RM240k
LCI version with N20B20 2.0T engine and ZF 8hp gearbox, 181hp 270Nm
Chassis essentially same as E90 3 series sedan, but raised for SUV application
Benefit of extra space like a touring (station wagon) since the E91 3 series wagon never officially came to Malaysia
More ground clearance and fatter tyre profile for Malaysia roads + in case of up to 15cm flash flood

No major problems so far. N20 timing chain was done preventatively at 100k kms, and addressed oil feed line check valve technical update issue at the same time.
Car originally specced with RFT so the 1st new set Conti CSC5 RFT.
Short in between period using the 18in Style322 wheels from a friend's E84 X1 20d on normal tyres (non RFT)
By far now feels the best on normal non-RFT 225/50/17s. Cost saving as well.
Fuel economy
Fuel usage tracked between 76,000 to 133,500 kms
4890L of fuel to cover 56,510km
RM0.177/km cost
Averaging 8.65L/100km (690km/tank)
Best achieved 7.2L/100km (830km/tank)
Worst in traffic 16.1L/100km (372km/tank)
constant speed 130-140km/h over 330km ~ 9.3L/100km (640km/tank)
Total running cost per km
0.245+0.177 = RM0.422/km
Upgrade potential
Considered OTS N20 tune, which would also benefit from downpipe and intercooler upgrade. However decided against it since it doesn't need the extra power as its now my dad's daily
Other things
Pair of Chinese LED bulbs (RM600) installed into headlight unit; improvement in intensity but requires the lens element be polished for better focus & throw
Needed to make an extra spare key ~ RM350/pc including programming and cutting the emergency
